"I have a collection of Persian Carpets, all quite old and all very dirty.Pappilon did a wonderful job, and were very careful, knowing that these are all vegetable dyes.The colors returned beautifully. I also had them clean some old navaho rugs, which they did beautifully. They are reasonably priced, and this is a family run business. I have some repairs to do in the future and I will be taking my rugs to them. And yes they pick up and deliver -they brought my carpets all the way to San Anselmo. "Incredible service. This is a family-run business. They were so courteous and made it very convenient for me to have my rug picked up, cleaned and returned. The owner gave me precise pick-up/drop-off times. (Ask about delivery possibility.) When they were returning the newly-clean rug, she called to ask if it would be ok if the drivers arrived 10 minutes ahead of the appointment time. Amazing! My rug was a very large, synthetic rug, but I wouldn't hesitate to send Papillon the authentic and expensive Persian rugs my parents own. I think this is their specialty. They carefully hand wash the rugs, so they get clean all the way through. The rental machines and the in-home steam cleaning services only clean the top surface. After years of abuse by three humans, one dog and an incessantly barfing cat, the rug looks sparkling and new. I had forgotten the rug tassels were ever that white!" - Tina G., San Francisco
"Don't bother calling around, this is the best carpet cleaning shop in SF. They'll pick up your rug in hours, not days, and bring it back looking like new. My dog inflicted some major disasters on a wool rug and Papillon got all of the stains (and smells) out. It came back soft, fluffed and without any of that carpet cleaning smell.
